If you get this error come up on the screen, please try the following:

  1. If on the registration screen you added rubbish instead of correct details you will be locked out of the tool.  Delete and remove the Ksuite fully and re-install
  2. Change to a different USB socket
  3. Try a different USB cable

If none of these work then send your serial number and I.P, address and if possible a picture on the Ksuite INFO screen on a support ticket.  We will then ask Alientech to resolve the problem for you.
