If you get this error come up on the screen, please try the following:
- If on the registration screen you added rubbish instead of correct details you will be locked out of the tool. Delete and remove the Ksuite fully and re-install
- Change to a different USB socket
- Try a different USB cable
If none of these work then send your serial number and I.P, address and if possible a picture on the Ksuite INFO screen on a support ticket. We will then ask Alientech to resolve the problem for you.
