▪ Make sure that the red LED on the left side of the tool is lit. If it is not lit please contact the Technical Support Service to arrange the return of the tool
for repair.
▪ Make sure of using the correct cable between KESSv2 and vehicle or ECU.
▪ Make sure that this cable is properly connected.
▪ Make sure that this cable is not damaged.
▪ Make sure you provided the power to the ECU.
▪ Make sure you have selected the correct Family for the vehicle or the ECU to be programmed.
▪ Make sure that the green LED on the left side of the tool is lit while attempting to communicate with the vehicle and / or the ECU.
