The following vehicles can only have there speed limiters increased / removed or decreased by main dealer tools only:

Ford Transit - any type - any year

Ford Transit Connect - any type - any year

Vauxhall Combo - any type - any year

This is due to the speed limit information stored in the Body Control Module (BCM) and not inside the ECU at all
