DPF flashing light reset.

Mercedes 906 Delphi ECU DPF reset to resolve flashing engine light.

-Autologic failed to work. Used star machine. In adaptation in engine diagnostics go to DPF and then select, teach in new DPF. 

-After process is finished go back to star home page and then reselect engine and go back into adaptation and select DPF, then go teach in DPF to NEW CONTROL UNIT. 

-After process is finished come back out of engine diagnostics and  unplug diagnostics machine. 

-Now switch off ignition wait 10-15 seconds then switch ignition on for 2-3 second then switch ignition off  and repeat this 3 times. 

-On the last ignition off remove key, lock vehicle and leave to fully power down for about 5 min, now start vehicle flashing engine light should be out.

Hope this is helpful I know it's long winded but it worked.
